Excessive sweating is unavoidable during sweltering summers. It flushes out water and sodium from your body, leaving you feeling tired and looking dull. Drinking lots of water is advisable to maintain the water levels in your body and protect you from heat stroke. However, there are several other beverages you can rely on for the same.
Summers are the best time to hog on to your favourite fruits and juices. But, if you’re not a fruit lover, then we bring to you other refreshing drinks to keep you cool during summers:
•    Coconut water: For the ones who are on a constant lookout for weight loss tips, add coconut water to your diet.
