A lot of men these days are having fertility issues, thanks to the stressful life and reasons that they might not want to share in public. But there’s good news, if you’re going through the same, for a research has indicated that men, hoping to boost their fertility should opt for more fruits and veggies.

According to the research that was reported at a meeting of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, forty-eight infertile men and 10 fertile men who had fathered children in the last year completed questionnaires about their diets. Results showed that 83 percent of the infertile men had a low intake of fruits and veggies, defined as fewer than five servings a day, compared with 40 percent of the fertile men.

Cashew Nuts

Avocado

Banana

Asparagus

Apple
Apple is known to be a fruit which is full of nutrients, but when consumed in vinaigrette form that of, a fruit cider vinegar, it is said to do wonders. The concentrate boosts sperm count naturally and some suggest that the results are rather nerve-wracking, so it’s time to pour some over!
