Taking inspiration from these macho men, the young lot also looks forward to creating such an image for themselves. Chivalry and romance are the virtues one possesses, but building a body like your favourite on-screen hero is a matter of training.

•    The Eternal Bachelor:The very first name that pops up in our minds when we think of a flawless body is that of Salman Khan. Known to popularize the trend of having a fit body, Salman Khan is often spotted cycling on the streets of Mumbai. The actor is believed to workout for two hours continuously, and does around 1000 push-ups and 2,000 sit-ups a day!
•    Mr. Perfectionist:Ghajini saw the transition of Bollywood’s chocolate boy Aamir Khan turn into ‘The Hulk’. People went gaga over Aamir Khan’s newly acquired carved body and the actor obliged his fans by listing the three most important things for building a physique on his blog:  A healthy and balanced diet. 2. Exercise. 3. Rest. Actually exercise and rest are equally important, but according to Aamir, the most important bit is a healthy and balanced diet.
•    The Greek God: Talking of well-etched bodies and not mentioning Hrithik Roshan would be a sin. Known to be a fitness enthusiast, Hrithik is said to be open to trying new techniques and style. An avid reader of international magazines on fitness and bodybuilding, he is believed to maintain a daily journal of his exercise regime. Hrithik, reportedly, follows a regular regime of one hour cardio and skips for ten minutes post-exercise.
