Few weeks before the marriage can be extremely stressful and tiring. This is a very common thing that every girl experiences before her wedding. Pressure of handling so many things, right from the smallest thing to major preparations can make anyone insecure. If, you are also facing the problems of pre-marital stress then, all you need to do is read the following tips as they'll help you de-stress yourself and will help you enjoy these beautiful moments:
• Do regular exercises
If you're feeling stressed, tensed and tired then, all you need to do is indulge in some exercising. Exercises have always helped in dealing with any kind of stress and relax. Try doing some yoga or breathing exercise as that will slow down your heart rate and make you feel better. Go for a morning walk as, it will not only help you de-stress but also, will help you get in that perfect shape before your D-day.

• Eat healthy
Many brides to be, start skipping their meals with the fear that they'll put on weight before their wedding. Lady, this is not the right thing to do. This will only make you weak. Rather than skipping your meals, change your diet to a healthy one, which will not only help you lose those extra kilos but, will also make your skin glowing and your hair silky and smooth. Leave everything oily and fried. Include salads in your diet and have at-least one fruit daily to look beautiful and gorgeous on your wedding day. Enjoy this beautiful time of your life. Eat properly and healthy.

• Visit a spa
A visit to a spa can help your mind and body relax. So, go out and pamper yourself. Do whatever you wish to do, to feel happy and relaxed. This is your time lady, just relax and enjoy these moments of your life.

• Take proper sleep
Due to stress and anxiety, people tend to go wrong with their sleeping habits. So much of work and preparations, and the fear of anything going wrong, can actually make you lose your sleep. My dear bride to be, tell me one thing, not sleeping on time or thinking too much, will that solve your problems? No, right but, it will definitely give you dark circles or puffy eyes before your big day, and you definitely not want that to happen right? So, take enough sleep, not only to look fresh on your D-day but also, de-stress yourself
