Well, with the wedding bells ringing and the dates been fixed, it’s the pre-wedding jitters that take a toll over you. And, being a woman, your worst fear is how you look at your marriage. From your choice of clothes to your make up, every single detail keeps you on the toes. But, more than that, it’s this fascination to look your best on the D-day that makes you push the panic button. So, woman if you are facing the same, then don’t fret. As, we have come up with some tips on your diet plan that will make you look stunning on your wedding. 
Food for skin:
To look your best on the D-day, go on low-cal and high fibre diet. Add fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your diet. The anti-oxidants will not only help you lose weight and make you fit in that two size small choli but also make your skin radiant.
When all you want on the d-day is to look stunning, then its not just the make up that will work wonders for you, but also your diet. Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water everyday and binge on some fresh fruit juice. This will make your skin glow.    
Increase your libido:
Well, it’s not just your looks and body proportions that send jitters across your body thinking about the marriage, but also the idea of first night. But, woman don’t you worry about your performance in the bed. Indulge in some aphrodisiacs like chocolate, strawberries, nuts, eggs that will help boost your libido and keep you and your mate contended between the sheets.   
Tone up your body:
If you have few months at your disposal before you tie the knot with your beau, then don’t just go on a shopping spree, instead, use some time in bringing your body into shape. Hit the nearby gym and tone up your body for the D-day. Indulge in cardio for at least 30 minutes to help burn that fat. This will surely get you an hour glass figure.
