New Delhi: Yoga guru Baba Ramdev will make the 'big announcement' on the next course of his agitation on black money and Lokpal today. Ramdev on Saturday had deferred the announcement on the next step of his agitation for a day.

He was to come up with his plans for the next phase of his agitation on Saturday evening, though he did not specify whether his fast was also being extended.

As the yoga guru is expected to declare his strategic move today, former Army Chief Gen VK Singh is likely to share the stage with him in the protest at Ramlila Maidan on Sunday.

Gen Singh, who spoke at Team Anna's indefinite fast before ending it, will join the yoga guru at the protest venue on Sunday, a Ramdev aide announced at the venue.

Ramdev ended his fast on Saturday but vowed to continue the agitation against black money and for a strong Lokpal Bill till August 30. Ramdev had said that he will knock on the door of President Pranab Mukherjee next if the Centre doesn't act.

Ramdev has been protesting on black money and Lokpal for the past four days.  Drawing an impressive crowd, Ramdev started his symbolic fast at the Ramlila Maidan here on August 9 for the return of black money stashed in foreign banks, a strong Lokpal Bill, and a transparent process in naming heads of the Central Bureau of Investigation and the Election Commission.
