Facebook Extended its App Center in India and Six other Countries

Facebook on 9 July 2012 extended its application centre App Center in India and six other countries. This will help App Center users find games, music and media content easily. The other six countries are Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.

The users can access App Center tagged on the left side of its homepage on facebook.com and on Apple and Android mobile devices.  The App Center will give modified experience to the users depending upon their as well as their friends interests. It includes games, fashion, food, fitness, travel, other‘s lifestyle apps.
Facebook expanded its plan to reach to large number of its users. Currently, it has more than 900 active users in the world.

Facebook also added App Dashboard tool that allows developers to translate the names and description of their apps into other languages. It would allow developers to translate the names and descriptions of their apps into other languages.  In this, developers will choose a primary language for their apps with the secondary language by localize tab on the App Dashboard. It offers Six Indian languages including Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam in India. .
