• Have lots and lots of curd incur diet. It is rich in protein, calcium and vitamins and contains only 56 calories if, prepared from low fat milk.
• Have sprouted pulses in your diet as they are rich in vitamins and fiber, and are highly recommended for all those trying to lose those extra kgs.
• Last but not the least, have at-least 10-12 glasses of waters in a day. They not only help to curb the hunger pangs but also, clean up our body system.
